im starting a cleanse today and to help prepare i made myself a wonderful kale salad for dinner last night.

red kale, stemmed and chiffonade
scallions, chopped
avacado, chopped
pumpkin, sunflower, flax and sesame seeds: toasted together
sherry vinegar
walnut oil
red pepper flakes
cracked pepper

combine, toss, share, eat.
